Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1 You may cancel your subscription to Capiventure at any time by accessing your account settings or by contacting our support team at contact@capiventure.com.
1.2 Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made unless you choose to re-subscribe.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Capiventure offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.
2.2 After the 7-day period, all subscription payments are non-refundable, including payments made for monthly, quarterly, or annual plans.
2.3 Refunds will not be provided for partial use of services, unused features, or early termination of a subscription period after the 7-day window.
3. Refund Process
3.1 To request a refund, email us at contact@capiventure.com with your registered email address, order ID, and reason for the refund request.
3.2 All refunds will be processed through Razorpay and may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
4. Service Cancellation by Capiventure
4.1 Capiventure reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.
4.2 In such cases, no refunds will be issued, unless required by applicable law.
